Dear customer please note: As we are only an online company we do not stock any items on our premises but rather we work by order.
Usually any order that is placed during the weekdays (Mon-Fri) before 5pm will be dispatched (subject to availability) the following morning.
We personally collect the goods from our suppliers (who close at 5:30 pm. Mon-Fri) Any orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched first thing on Monday morning, any orders placed before 1pm on Sunday will also be dispatched on Monday morning.
(Our suppliers are shut on Weekends and reopen on Sunday)
Next Day deliveries are available, BUT please contact us first! Any item that is required from Mon-Friday will cost an additional £4(per each item).
Please note that as our suppliers shut by 5:30 pm you must place an order before this time, in order to have your item reach you. We do not offer same day delivery at the most we can only dispatch your order on the following day.
Any customers that expect their items to arrive on Saturday you will need to order by 5pm on Thursday at the latest so that we are able to post it on Friday morning – please also be aware that Royal Mail charges extra for Weekend express delivery and therefore you will need to pay an additional £7 per item.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will happily refund the price of the item provided that the goods are returned in their original condition, within 10 days with all labels intact along with the original invoice. Please do notify us before returning any items so as to avoid any delays on receipt.
If your item was not exactly what you wanted, don’t worry… we are happy to exchange any items for different sizes, colours or even styles, we simply ask that you cover the postage on sending out additional items (plus any price difference). You can send us cash, cheques or postal orders if you wish, together with details of the required style, size and return address.
We will deal with exchanges as quick and efficiently as we deal with sales and our staff are always happy to help.
We are confident that you’ll be satisfied with your purchase, once again if however you wish to exchange or return an item, please do so within 10 calendar days of receiving the items in its original packaging and please ensure it is in saleable condition along with its original invoice (in their original packaging, unused, together with all tags, buttons and other attachments if applicable) ... P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded by us.
For all exchange(s), please include the additional postage charge £5.00 for first item and £3.00 each additional item with your return.
It is important to ensure the tag that came with the item is still in place un-detached.
In the case of a refund, a refund excluding postage charge and restocking fee will be applied (if applicable)
Please note that you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We cannot give refund to any item that you have sent but didn’t reach us. For this reason we would strongly advise you to return the item using an insured and secure shipping method. For example, Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery so that you can claim against the shipping carrier for lost or damaged items and easily trace it.
Returns after 10 calendar days will be subject to the following restocking fees:

We are sorry that we will not be able to accept returns after 22 days. Any returns received after 22 days will not be refunded.
